After-clearance and deep cleaning
From a straightforward clean once the rooms are empty, through to a full deep clean for a property going to market.
Three levels
After-clearance clean
The clean that follows a clearance. Floors, surfaces, kitchen and bathrooms brought back to a good domestic standard so the property can be handed over or photographed. This is the £300 line you will see on our standard quotations.
Deep clean
Everything above, plus inside appliances and units, limescale, skirtings, paintwork, internal windows and the awkward corners nobody has reached in years. This is what a property needs before an estate agent photographs it.
Void or post-works clean
For heavily soiled properties, long-empty homes, or after building work. Dust removal throughout, everything back to bare, more than one crew day in most cases.
Cleaning without clearance
If the property is already empty, or furnished and simply needs cleaning, you do not need a clearance at all. Choose "cleaning only" in the estimate tool and it prices by room and level of clean, with a call-out rather than a full mobilisation charge.
What we use
Standard commercial products, and we will use fragrance-free or low-allergen products if you ask. In probate properties we tend to keep it simple — a heavily perfumed house is not what a family wants to walk into.
Carpets
Carpets in a long-empty or heavily soiled property are usually past cleaning. Lifting and disposing of them is often cheaper than trying to save them, and it leaves the floor ready for whatever comes next. It is a separate line on the quote so you can decide either way.
