Why the paperwork matters to you

An executor is personally liable for the administration of the estate. If contents of value are disposed of without record, or waste is fly-tipped and traced back to the deceased's address, it is your client who answers for it and quite possibly your firm that fields the complaint.

Every job we complete produces a file: the quotation, the invoice, photographs at start and finish, waste transfer notes for each load, and charity receipts for donated goods. It is designed to be filed rather than deciphered.

Email the address, rough room count and any deadline to info@pristinehandlers.co.uk. We come back with a referenced estimate. If the property is unusual, heavily filled or we cannot see enough from the description, we will say so and arrange a survey rather than quote blind.
