What happens after you send this
Your requirement arrives referenced and timestamped. Somebody reads it — not a script — and prices it against three things: the crew, vehicles and licensed disposal it takes to attend at all; the number of rooms and how full they are; and the distance from our depot in Barking. All three appear as separate lines on the quotation, so you can see what you are paying for rather than being handed a single number.
It comes back by email, usually the same working day and always in writing. The figure holds unless the property turns out to be materially different from the description, and if that happens we tell you before we start rather than afterwards.
If what you have described is unusual — a hoarded property, a houseboat, a commercial unit — we will say so and offer a free survey instead. A price produced from a room count would be wrong in a way that helps nobody, and you should be wary of anyone who gives you one.
Nothing here commits you. There is no charge for a quotation, no deposit, and nobody will ring you repeatedly afterwards.
